Please join me in congratulating Jaap van den Born on his appointment as an Operating Officer in Harima Chemicals Group.  Jaap will serve as the first non-Japanese Operating Officer effective on June 23, 2022. 

Jaap is presented with this honor for several reasons including the prominent size of his business coverage as well as the remarkable profit contribution to HCG as a whole in 2021.  With 24 years of service and reliable trust earned throughout his career with past and present Lawter organizations. 

Concurrently, we will also be elevating Jaap to become a member of the Lawter Corporate Steering Committee.
